Rockae child safety standards

Rockae is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on the Rockae platform (website and mobile apps). These standards describe our prohibitions, reporting channels, and response practices.

Zero tolerance

Rockae prohibits any content, conduct, or activity that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including CSAM, grooming, solicitation, or trafficking. Accounts and communities that violate this standard are subject to removal, and we may preserve relevant information to report to authorities as required by law.

Age and appropriate use

Rockae is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and our terms to create an account. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children in violation of those requirements.

How to report a child safety concern

  1. Email support@rockae.com with the subject Rockae child safety / CSAE report.
  2. Include links or identifiers for the content, community, or user; screenshots if safe to provide; and any other details that help us locate the material quickly.
  3. Where available in Rockae products, use in-product report tools for abusive community content, then follow up by email for child-safety emergencies so the right team can escalate.

How we respond

  • We review child-safety reports on a priority basis.
  • We remove violating content and restrict or terminate accounts when we confirm a violation of these standards.
  • Where required by law, we report CSAM and related activity to the appropriate regional or national authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
  • We may preserve evidence needed for investigations and legal compliance.
